Keep In Touch With Customers and Fans With Email Marketing

Once you earn customers, it's important to keep in touch with them. I may order from a company but my life is so busy that once I get my product, I can easily forget about the company. It has nothing to do with them or their product, it's just a hectic world and if I don't have something to remind me about them, I'll forget! This is why emails are a great thing for both the customer and the business. When I get emails from stores and businesses, it reminds me that they still exist! It brings them to the front of my mind. Even if I just see that I got an email from them, I'll see the company name and it will stick in my mind so that next time I'm trying to think of somewhere to go to get XYZ, they'll pop in to my head!

If I do read the emails I get (which I usually do), I'm told what's going on in the company. If their is a sale, I'm heading over to check it out! If something good happens or if the company does something positive or charitable, I know. With the emails, it's easy for them to get in touch with me!

It can keep the company in the customers mind, bring in more sales and it may even product a better view of the company because they take the time to keep customers in the know! As a consumer, I love to get emails from my favorite companies to let me know what's happening.
