Yet again, it's getting to be chilly outside. I live in Kentucky and one day it's super cold and windy and the next, it feels pretty nice. Either way, there's nothing wrong with getting some versatile cold weather clothing stocked up in the closet! Even though it's cold, that doesn't mean I have to resort to sweat pants and hoodies. It's still possible to be both cute, modest and warm. This can be done with cute modest dresses (which can also be worn in summer), leggings and long-sleeve tops.
Modest dresses are great pieces to add to your closet because they come in so many different styles. You can buy them with long sleeves to keep your arms warm, in maxi-length to keep your legs covered and in so many different colors! If they aren't long enough to keep your legs warm, you can even add leggings! That way, they can easily be transformed in Summer pieces.
Leggings are great to wear under skirts and dresses to keep you warm and to hide your legs in case it gets windy! This way, you can still wear your fashionable dresses without having to worry about freezing your legs off!
Long-sleeve tops are great to wear with both skirts and jeans. They keep you warm and they are modest. If you purchase them in solid colors, they are even easy to match which makes it much easier to get ready in the morning.
If it's getting chilly where you live, start thinking about stocking up on your cold-weather items like modest dresses, leggings and long-sleeve tops.
