Halloween has passed for this year but that doesn't mean you can't have a little bit of fun playing "dress-up". A rodeo is a great occasion to wear a cowboy hat too. You won't be out of place at all! Cowboy hats are so common at the rodeo that they almost seem like a requirement. You can get decked out in cowboy gear and head to the rodeo with some friends for the weekend. It's a great experience to try - there are many unique things see like wild bulls, entrancing performances and lots of country cookin' to try! A tractor pull is another unique experience to wear a cowboy hat to. If you've never been, they're often similar to the fair. You'll find fair food, performances and lots of fun people to meet! The only difference is you'll watch people compete in the tractor pull. It's a common past time in many small towns to spend a day at the tractor pulls and if you bring your cowboy hat, no one will ever know you're a newbie!
If you're not into tractor pulls or rodeos, don't worry! You can wear your cowboy hat anywhere you want. Dress it up with cowboy boys and a nice outfit for dinner with the family. You can even wear it out to the mall when you go shopping for a little fashion flair. Just make it your own and people will like it!
