The web is a huge place. I can't even imagine how many different sites there are and how many people get on each and every day but I know one thing - It's a lot! On the internet, you can find information about any topic whether it's home improvement, shopping or medical. That's why so many people get on the internet, there's something for everyone! This makes online marketing a key to the success of a ton businesses.
Let's make it simple - a lot of people, a lot of "stuff" to look at, read and click and a lot of curiousity! A majority of the time, people go on the internet looking for information and they're ready to suck up anything they can find. If they find you, well, you've got yourself a potential customer, fan or at the very least, one more person who has heard of you.
I know a lot of people think "Well who's going to find my business on the internet?". Let me reiterate the fact that a lot of people use the internet on a daily basis. Your chances of being spotted on the internet vs. a newspaper, a billboard or through word of mouth are astronomical.
