We have a very large family that loves to celebrate! We decided to invite them all over for a cookout Memorial Day weekend. We had our burgers, our hot dogs, corn on the cob and all of the condiments that you could think of. I had the perfect outfit picked out and was ready to party with the family!
I wake up on Memorial day and surprise, surprise, something went wrong! We had everything ready, everything perfect and then the toilet broke. I don't know what happened or why it happened but I freaked out. Half of our family had already arrived and more were on their way while we had a bathroom that was useless.
I'd like to say I'm handy and I was able to fix everything on my own but that's just a lie... I was so upset and I was thinking I would have to send everyone home because it was Memorial Day. I thought there was no way I could get a plumber out on a holiday and even if I could, it was such short notice. Amazingly, their are plumbers out there that work 24/7, 365 days a year. They're available whenever you need them!
Our toilet was fixed within 2 hours of it breaking and it was like a miracle. The repair went smoothly, the party was able to go on and even though the day started out as a disaster, we had a pretty good day with the family. That day, I realized how important it is to have a plumber that it available all of the time. The only advice I can give now is that you need to find yourself a plumber who can be there when you need them, like ours was!
